What You'll Do as a FoodRunz Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager, you'll oversee the heartbeat of our subscription-based service, ensuring smooth logistics, driver management, and partner satisfaction to deliver reliable, fee-free experiences that empower local food businesses.

Daily Operations Management

Coordinate driver assignments, route optimization, and scheduling to meet partner needs across 17 markets. Ensure seamless daily operations flow.

Logistics Efficiency

Implement processes for same-day/next-day deliveries, focusing on freshness, timeliness, and cost control for perishable goods.

Partner & Customer Experience

Monitor feedback, resolve issues proactively, and enhance the dashboard for seamless tracking and communication.

Team Leadership

Supervise drivers and support staff, ensuring compliance, training, and performance to maintain high service standards.

Scalability & Improvement

Analyze metrics to refine operations, integrate tools (e.g., for e-com fulfillment), and support growth for diverse partners like wholesalers and fitness retailers.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

We're seeking experienced leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for operational excellence in logistics and food service.

Operations Experience

3+ years in logistics, supply chain, or delivery management, preferably in food service or e-commerce environments.

Leadership Skills

Proven ability to manage teams, optimize processes, and handle high-volume operations in dynamic environments.

Tech Proficiency

Familiarity with routing software (e.g., Routific), CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and analytics platforms for real-time monitoring.
